How to call Phtml file from Controller of Magento

Hi,

Please Write this code in Any Controller Action:


Mage::register('testing', $variable);

Where
testing: phtml file name
$variable : Pass any data through this variables.


Note: Controller and phtml file should be in same folder structure...
